Eastern Railroad Discussion > Lehigh Valley Heritage Unit in Lake Erie LandDate: 11/16/22 13:35 Lehigh Valley Heritage Unit in Lake Erie Land Author: train1275 Wednesday November 16, 2022
Vermilion, OH Another heavy overcast and gloomy day. Noon is like a total eclipse !! Just a few minutes near the tracks today, and the Lehigh Valley heritage unit showed up. NS 8104 leads NS 9720 on Train 17Q. This is apparently a new train; Conway to Bellevue. I'm losing track of the new trains and resymboled trains at this point. ![]() ![]() Date: 11/16/22 18:00 Re: Lehigh Valley Heritage Unit in Lake Erie Land Author: Gonut1 I kept up with the NS train symbols around my parts for about 10 years after they bought their part of Conrail. But after cP Rail and CSX stopped running on the NS main here I lost interest in the Noodle Soup of numbers and letters.
Nice catch for the eclipse like weather. Gonut |
