Saturday morning on the NS Reading Line
Author: dschlegel

I spent a little more than an hour this morning along the Reading Line. The weather was about as perfect as it can be for this time of year with temps in the mid 40's and clear sunny skies.

First video is the 261 rolling west at Blandon, PA.

The second video is the 268 eastbound at the west end of Topton, PA.

The third is the 29G westbound just moments later at the same spot.

Enjoy!
Dan

Awesome videos, i missed these three today by getting a late start this morning and was still listening to annoying xmas music in my aides car enroute to sinking springs by the time you had your great morning, i only just arrived about 10 minutes ago and norfolk southern is quiet

WHOOPS 19G and 38G are close!

26X at millards somewhere on the busy harrisburg line

even though i typically make a pit stop at wawa for personal convenience i opted to head straight for the sinking springs parking lot to grab a least a couple

19G stalled coming out of the yard. HA01 shoved him past 31st St.

Nice sequence, Dan.  I look forward to (eventually) spending some time on the RDG and Lehigh Lines to see some trains. It's been years since I've done so.

Thanks Alex! I’m looking forward to seeing you at the Station Inn at some point next year!

Great video series, that 261 was pretty short. Too bad it wasn't RR-261! Funny, the 268 was miles long...

Nice to see regular TOFC as well. I forget, is 29G the new 21M? It sure looks like it...
