Stranger in the Midwest

It's been over 20 years since SP was folded into UP, and in addition GP60s are about as common in the Chicago area as cactus plants.  But in September 2022 I caught this UP manifest on their ex-C&EI main:

GP60s on the UP in manifest service in general are very scarce.
