Kankakee, IL CN and KB&S operation questions

I have 2 questions regarding operations around Kankakee, IL. How often does the Kankakee Beaverville and southern interchange with the CN at Kankakee? I'm assuming they go into the yard? Also, how often does the CN go on the Herscher spur? Thanks

Over the past few years, visits to Kankakee have been rare compared to their other terminals at Lafayette and Danville.  Whether that's still the case I can't say.  Your best bet is to call them.  They've been helpful to railfans in the past.  The number is 815-486-7260.
