I ran that thing (the 8098) one time....years ago. It was a lot cleaner.

We had a very short train running 50 MPH, and I noticed a guy in a white Mustang convertible (top down on a cool day) pacing us. He was driving with one hand, and apparently shooting video with the other. I saw him run off the road, and pull right back onto the pavement. He apparently never missed a beat. Probably not the Rule 108 safest course of action.
