Eastern Railroad Discussion > “Abrams Man and the New-New Bethlehem Star” or “SD60E NightDate: 06/04/23 17:45 “Abrams Man and the New-New Bethlehem Star” or “SD60E Night Author: dschlegel Thanks to timely heads ups from globalethanol (thank you Tom!) I was able to time my dog walk this evening with Dixie the rescue beagle to catch an "Abrams Man" H44 hustling west through Topton, PA and a "New-New Bethlehem Star" NS 200 cooking right along. Both trains were pulled by SD60E's and sounded fantastic!
First up H44 with the 6981 and 6992. More to follow...... Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/04/23 17:52 by dschlegel. You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today! Finally NS 200 flies west behind 7016, 7028, and 7023. Enjoy the sweet EMD music and have a great week! Dan You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today! Interesting variation in horns. First train was powered by unit with new cast Nathan P5 while second train's leader had more conventional K5. Regards, Jim Evans |
