And yes, the headline for this post is tiptoeing in the shallow end of the political swimming pool..
1-3. M301, with 512 axles and led by CSX "heritage" C&O unit 1869, indeed carries msw (municipal solid waste) in the green and orange containers as it crosses Cherry Hill Rd. north of Quantico, VA at 2:25pm... I say "trash" because that is how it smelled. Are these hoppers in regular use for msw?

Here is a Google Earth image of the Sealston Waste Management terminus. Note the balloon track for unloading.

It is fine place to sit and pick crabs and drink beer on the Potomac River, while watching CSX/Amtrak/VRE trains roll by.
