Eastern Railroad Discussion > P&L SD70M with new paint?

Grabbed this shot off the Covington cam on the evening of 9/2/24 of a CSX manifest heading compass north to Queensgate Yard Cincinnati (I'm guessing) with what looks to be a freshly repainted Paducah & Louisville SD70M. I don't know if this handsome ex-UP unit is heading to or from home rails at Louisville, KY. Any ideas?

yep, headed back to home rails on the PAL. It was painted at the CSX Huntington Shops. PAL 4121 should also be on hand for fresh paint as well.
