I just did my 2nd round of leaf blowing and raking this afternoon.Last Wednesday, there were several mid-afternoon westbounds that I decided to go about 30 miles west on the Pittsburgh Line (old PRR Middle Division) to Thompsontown and Mexico.
IN these three pics we see 11K and 29G at Mexico and 259 at Thompsontown.    Date: 10/28/24 14:24 Re: NS and Fall Foliage in the Harrisburg area Author: sscannella On Thursday 10/24 I Went to Thompsontown (MP 143.5) again and grabbed 11N and Amtrak 43, and then started working back toward Harrisburg when I intercepted 259 grinding upgrade at 131.4 towards Newport.

Date: 10/28/24 14:27 Re: NS and Fall Foliage in the Harrisburg area Author: sscannella Yesterday (Sunday 10/27), I ventured about a bit in the afternoon and got 11N at CP-BURKE in Hummelstown on the former Reading Harrisburg Line, then got 11Z a bit later dropping down to CP-WYE (MP 306) on the Buffalo Line. The 11Z shot I think ranks up there as one of my best foliage shots this fall.
