Well, it appears that NS will operate a Toys for Tots train this year, Binghamton to Schenectady. 

God help you finding a schedule. Do a Google search and you'll be buried under last years stuff, or various announcements that the 2024 schedule has been set. But as this self congratulatory link shows, nobody has thought to simply state where it's going to be, and when.
