7. Amtrak 41 is led by ALC-42 #336 + P42DC #82, built 5//97, at 11:41, about 35 minutes late. Shenandoah Junction 8. The w/b CSXT I135 is led at 12:36 by ES44AH #3104 with 9. DPU ES44AH #3124. 10. The e/b CSXT M407 (Cumberland, MD, to Rocky Mount, NC; a new symbol to me) led at 16:30 by SD70AC #4550, built 12//99 as #750, + 11. CW44AC #148, built 3//96, goes into the yard to set out 43 cars, including 12. six gons containing switch panels and many loads of non-odorized liquified petroleum gas. While I am watching M407, a w/b CSXT train passes led by ES40DC #5277 in very fresh paint. CSX putting them on 135 now rather than 421/422?
Date: 01/31/25 21:25 Re: Mostly Northeast West Virginia, 1/28/25 Author: GPutz Dave, That could be it. I don't remember seeing 53 footers on the I135 I saw on Tuesday, though. Gerry
