3. An e/b CSXT coal train led by CM44AC #7018, rebuilt from CW44AC #94 built 3//95, + CM44AH #7573, rebuilt from CW44AH #5105 built 8//02, + ET44AH #3425 is tied down on #3 Runner.

7. #1 Main for Winchester, Virginia.  That’s a “GP38/39/40-2” trio.
8. A city contractor is building a “Railroad Park” around WB Tower.  As soon as I take this picture I hear on the radio
9. e/b CSXT M419 led by ES44AH #3084 + CM44AC #7275, rebuilt from CW44AC #437 built 7//00 arriving.

Amtrak 41 is three hours and seven minutes late departing Harpers Ferry, WV, at 14:38.
