Loco Repairs in Champaign IL

This train was ready to head south out of Champaign, IL last week on to the "Mainline of Mid-America" after a worker completed some work. It is always interesting to see the human side of railroading. I'm not sure if the headlight was the problem or they just had to go through the headlight opening to get to something else.

Nice photos ,  it seems to be the top light  that is being replaced . The bulbs for the numberboards has an access door in the cab to change  tnem . Good to see people in the photos .
