The location is Brady Lake, Ohio (near Kent), MP 89 on the Cleveland Line. 34 years ago, on October 21st, 1991, I nabbed the Conrail OCS with #4020 at the same MP 89. While I much preferred the E8s on the CR train, I do like today's current colors instead of that drab dark "Southern" green.
