"Out With The Old, In With The New" NYSW Utica NY Branch
Author: ut-1

This video features New York, Susquehanna & Western street running & switching on the cold morning (10 degrees) of December 26, 2025. The industry being switched is Oneida Warehouse along Campion Road in New Hartford, approx 4 miles from the road's Utica yard.

Since this video was made, we've received two feet of snow.

A much longer version of this video may be viewed on my YouTube channel, Railroading Rambler.

It's intersting that the lease power is always a GP40 not a 38, those couple grades
must be of some influence.

Great video, I love switching operations. That would be a great little setup to model. And street running is always a treat.
