CSX B241 with CN power & IC 3008
Author: CSX2605

B241 is loaded potash off the CN at Chicago and onto CSX to Tampa FL. Here it is south of Vincennes, IN on the CE&D sub with CN 8352 & 8359 on the head end and CN 3159 & IC 3008 mid DPU. Tough to film in this dark & dreary afternoon but you take what you can get.

Not being stupid, but is that the CN heritage IC engine? I honestly don't know what ones they did except for the GT one.

I'm with you because I had to do a bit of homework to find out it is their heritage IC unit.

Sadly the CN power was removed in Memphis, TN and regular CSX power was added for the rest of the trip to Tampa
