When film ruled...

Picture number one is train in the Berea siding; SD75I and a MRL SD45, picture number two is at Alliance, Ohio with a fresh SD70 on point and number three is of CSX train with SOO power in Berea, Ohio...

Number four is of the empty CE&I train heading back south to Century Mine to reload. Number five is of loaded CSX coal train, off of the BNSF with Powder River basin coal. heading east and lastly we have  Q293 heading west at Berea, Ohio with the SOO candy apples leading....thanks for stopping by.

I really liked those big EMDs. The 75I has a quite visible vertical line each side of the nose, close to the nose end as the cab is isolated from the frame. 75Ms have a 'clean' nose without the vertical line.

very nice shots, I miss seeing coal  trains coming into all the CEI plants.
