A Pretty Good Day on the B&A
Author: jlamd11

I had this past Presidents' Day (Feb 16th) off so I decided to head to CSX's ex-B&A main in Massachusetts to see some action. I had quite a good day seeing 6 trains from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. Shots are all between Worcester and Springfield. Enjoy!

1. I022 (Syracuse to Worcester) rolls around the bend at CP-60 in Spencer, MA about 20 miles west of Worcester
2. Same
3. About 15 minutes later the latest addition to the B&A, NS 264, rounds the bend at CP-60. Running as Z264, this Chicago to Ayer intermodal was rerouted on to the former B&A from the former B&M as part of CSX taking over Pan Am.

12. ...and an SD40-2 and Geep trailing. Hope you enjoyed this visit to the B&A!
