Eastern Railroad Discussion > CN's USA 250th Units at Trimble, TennesseeDate: 03/21/26 14:33 CN's USA 250th Units at Trimble, Tennessee Author: MaryMcPherson I was headed to the Newbern, Tennessee, depot for an overnight shoot and heard the Dyersburg detector go off.
"Well, ****! Missed that one!" Then I heard the engine number over the radio... CN 1776. Pulling into Newbern, I could hear the horn blowing as I realized I was at the intersection of the two-lane road to Trimble. I gunned it out of town and hoped for the best. I just made it.
