? for those NS in the know in Eastern Pa - HBG Line

Over the last week or so, the NS 32A and 38G trains have been traveling east of Harrisburg in daylight.  Previously their schedule put them here in the early morning hours. 
Is this a new schedule, or was this an anomilty?

I’m going to guess an anomaly, several trains have been running late on the Harrisburg and Reading lines over the past few weeks.
