4. Amtrak 41 is led by ALC-42s #320 + #330 at 12:53, about one hour and seven minutes late.  Most of that time is lost between Martinsburg and Harpers Ferry.
5. The e/b CSXT M415 led by SD70AC #4704 stops on #4 Runner at about 13:40 and waits for

6. w/b CSXT I135 led by CM44ACs #7288 + #7239 + ES44AH #3214 using #5 to #3 Runners for headroom at 14:34 to depart.
7. Geometry Autonomous Test car #994376 is in w/b I135.
