Eastern Railroad Discussion > Run to the Roses with RJ CormanDate: 05/02/26 20:03 Run to the Roses with RJ Corman Author: srman Having been born and raised in Louisville Ky. the Derby has always gotten my attention each year. Only been to one and that was way back in 1969. However, going to parties or glued to the TV is always a must for me. Today was Derby Day and Corman and CSX provided the trains. Both trains departed Lexington with their Derby patrons aboard. I wish the FP7's were still used but they are now retired and stuffed and displayed in Bardstown. So I have to settle for SD70M's former NS. First two shots are at Frankfort Ky. then along Frankfort Ave in Louisville passing some appropriate roses. I'll follow with two more
