No, it has Not moved under its own power yet and if you look closely at the photos, you will see why. Some key running gear and rod components are still missing and they have $75,000 plus of additional work to complete before they can pull back the throttle on her. I'm assuming after initial movement test at the Roundhouse, they will break it in on CVSR and I'm hopeful that they are close enough that it can be done by the end of this year, but this process has taken a very long time and it's evident that they still have a little ways to go. Hopefully this event gets them some of the needed donations. If the tests aren't entirely gate kept like everything else I hope to catch one since I live here in Cleveland (for now) but I'll be much more excited when it's 2100 again. Edited 1 time(s). I was curious about it moving on its own. Thankfully R&N has been helpful in some ways on getting her back to operating. It is wonderful that two ex-Reading T-1s may actually be restored to service. God, I miss the Reading of my youth! Gonut Date: 06/30/26 16:11 Re: AFT 250 Newly Painted American Freedom Train Author: Kemacprr Thanks for the quick reply. ----Ken
