Here in Akron, Ohio we had a temperature of 96 degrees with heat index 104. I used to love the heat but since the MS diagnosis it is my worst enemy. So I thought I would include a few snow pictures. First one is in Darlington, Pa and it is known as Highland Cut. This was back in 2015, Number two is from Akron, Ohio with SD70MAC leader and number three is also from Akron, Ohio from 2015. Number three I believe is a SD40-2 of the L&N variety with the low nose light....

Number four is from Berea, Ohio  with a CP pacman leading, number five is of the steel coil train thru Brady Lake, Ohio and number six is of the 55K seen at Old Fort, Ohio on the former NKP line. Hoping that the temps tumble just a tad over the next few days. Thanks for looking....

I understand your issue with heat and your MS diagnosis. 
Great photos!
Around here we were dealing with 97F and feels like 104 temps. I'm dealing with Cancer treatments and the heat is awful. The UP 4014 is due to pass my home tomorrow. I'm hoping the side effects of these treatments does no preclude me from seeing this once in my lifetime event. I guess I'll find out in the morning.

Nice pix, well chosen for the day. 

95 plus here, blew out the A/C in my truck yesterday morning. A black pickup with no air conditioning, not a good choice for railfanning today.
