5 More new Wabtec ES44ACs for NS

Five more new Wabtec-built ES44ACs (8195, 8203, 8199, 8201, and 8200) are towed east by NS manifest 362 (I'm guessing) crossing the Tennessee River at Bridgeport AL on CSX track at sunrise at 0611 Tuesday 9/1/26 as screen captured from Iron Rails live cam.

By the way, that's a pedestrian walkway on the old RR bridge. It runs for about a quarter-mile. Both bridges are visible on a webcam. Back in the other direction a half-mile is the joint Southern-NC&StL/L&N Bridgeport depot which has a nice little museum. Call them for opening hours. CSX Nashville-Atlanta and NS Memphis-Chattanooga run past the depot, and the Sequatchie Valley runs northward from Bridgeport.

Historicaerials shows the new bridge under construction in 1998.
What was wrong with the old one?
