Found this single car following the W&W Sandman back towards Gore, VA this evening. They normally take empty hoppers to the sandmine on Wednesdays. Wonder what's up..

I could hear the conversations between "WW Base" and "The Sandman" from HF. For some reason my antenna is a charm when it comes to distance!

P.S. I caught the D790 headed your way just after noon in Brunswick. He had an extremely shory consist -- about 20 cars.
