RBBB - RED: a rare "VIEW FROM THE TRAIN!"
Author: rbx551985

The RBBB Circus official internet site has a weekly publication called their "EZine" which always has a "photo of the week." This week's photo is a shot FROM THE ENGINEER'S SEAT of an MTA switch engine, pulling the Red Unit Circus Train from Uniondale, Long Island toward New York City earlier this month. The stockcars are up front, followed by the flats and THEN the coaches; VERY rare, and I would imagine the passengers on board knew the meaning of coupler-slack run-in that day - big time! (Yes, personal items are most definitely secured during train-runs...)

Here's the LINK to that "official" photo, courtesy of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, and whomever took the photo from aboard that MTA locomotive - on NICE track!...:

Yes, as reported here about 2 weeks ago, anyone can subscribe to the show's EZine free of charge, and obviously, they will consider publishing really GOOD photos of the train from unique perspectives, and I would imagine that would include shots with any beautiful scenery or surroundings. Hint.....
