WGH in Hotlanta...
Author: hoydie17

Just posted a few minutes ago on Athearn's Facebook page...

"Anyone headed to Atlanta WGH show this weekend? If you're on the fence, you may want to make the decision to make the trek - we're unveiling a big secret there. A very BIG secret. WOO! WOO!"

Let the rampant speculation begin.

On second thought, it will be something big and western. Keeping with the big UP models, my money is on a redone DDA40X.

I'm going on Saturday, and will post, probably from the show, what the BIG NEWS really is.

I'm hoping for NS C39-8's.... Or they are buying Kato our of HO and their first release
is re-tooled C40-9W / C44-9W cabs correct for NS & BNSF respectively, while still using
the Kato drive.
