And Ditch Lights.!, You Gotta Have Ditch Lights.!!!! ...I have to say it looks very good, but Nothing sets off the look of a modern engine like Ditch Lights. SantaFeRuss Date: 11/26/12 21:38 Re: Weathering Monday Author: GP35 Weathering job is outstanding as is all your other models you shared here. Keep up the great work and postings! I like the plain white background just like I use on my model postings. It brings all the attention to your model. Again, I look forward to more!
Date: 11/27/12 15:46 Re: Weathering Monday Author: Jimmies Filipe - I think youve done a great job on your model. The trucks, fuel tank and grilles look very well done, very prototypical. I notice that a couple of areas look as though they've got a bit too much white applied for your paint fading, particularly just above the cab numbers, and behind the cab on the box and the duct. They just look a bit "frosty". I don't intend to be negative or discouraging here, just telling what I see.
You've clearly got a talent for weathering, and I'm sure everyone here would love to see more of your work. Jim |
