Model Railroading > Atlas HO Conrail Dash 8 Blue paint match

Looking to match some paint on factory painted Atlas Conrail Dash8-40CWs, anybody got any good paint(s) that have worked for them to match the blue? Would like to stay away from solvent based. (I spent the afternoon yesterday trying various shades of Polly S with no luck). Thanks!

Polly Scale "Conrail Blue (F414206)" is what I used to touchup my CR/NS Dash-8 a couple years back. Seemed like an acceptable match at the time.

The prototype was finally repainted to NS dress black in Summer 2010...
