Model Railroading > Gary Keck passed away

I was recently informed that Gary Keck, the original owner of The Train Shack in Burbank passed away a couple of weeks ago. As I understand it , he was fighting cancer. The store has been run and still is being run by his daughter, Mindy and her husband, John. Best wishes to them.

Gary will be missed. He leaves quite a legacy behind him. The Train Shack is a GREAT SHOP.

I agree. Mindy is a great person. Along with Todd and many
other staffmember at the Train Shack. I know Mindy will
do a great job.



I been going to them for many years to get many items.
I am also sorry to hear of his passing. Gary was a great
person. Always gave a warm welcome to anyone. That came
into the shop.
