What's up with the random coil car lid on the bottom right? Fall off a coil car?

In addition to the lighting, the modeling of the track, perfect scale-size ballast, the wood planking used in the road crossing, the trees and general coloring of the scenery had me completely fooled.

between the rails, and the overall scene ---> breathtaking realism! Thanks for posting the image. I just love the sky back ground in the first photo . . .it is so accurate in color it just makes everything else look so real. I never realized that I key on the background that much.
