Who makes a modern N Scale dining car?

I have gone thru my collection of recent Kato N Scale trains from the past few years and I have everything but a single level heritage dining car.

Kato made the Amfleet I, Amfleet II, Viewliner Sleepers, heritage baggage cars but no dining cars.

Has anybody found/built a relatively modern (1990 - present)  heritage diner?

I sold this N scale custom Heritage Fleet diner on eBay about 3 years ago...
