I just did a quick test with the first 25 cars of the BB test and a T&P brass Hallmark caboose. So that is 25 cars and one caboose which is at the edge. Now most of those cars are heavy to be at the head of that long train... could work it up to 30 cars if those heavy reefers were not there. Thanks for the question! I had their cab forward and the sound was amazing.
