I have to say that the nose of that locomotive looks like a helmet design from an old Japanese sci fi flick.

The Nankai airport trains are all blue except for this one red one. The design is based upon old Samurai warrior helmets.

Gotta agree, it is a clear step above a Siemens Charger.  Or an Amtrak Genesis "pug nose" for that matter.

Ugly or not, I would absolutely LOVE to have trains that operated that well over here.

The Red Cars live again!!

Looks like:

1) Something out of a Jules Verne novel.

2) A 21st Century descendant of a McKeen motor car.

I like it.
