Model Railroading > More on the Livin' Large scale trainsDate: 07/14/17 18:54 More on the Livin' Large scale trains Author: WrongWayMurphy Here is a ABA set of F's a gent in Houston just acquired. Two of the three are powered, 8 motors in all.
Here is a B40-8 I just acquired last week. That my ugly mug on the business end of this unit. These double stack well cars were built by a Scott Weatherford of Missouri, and will be freight for the SSW dash 8 above. Date: 07/14/17 18:57 Re: More on the Livin' Large scale trains Author: santafedan The stack train is headed to Indiana.
Date: 07/14/17 18:57 Re: More on the Livin' Large scale trains Author: WrongWayMurphy We had an operations meet in East Texas a couple weeks ago, and here are a few pics of that event.
We used the RailOp car forwarding program. Date: 07/14/17 19:07 Re: More on the Livin' Large scale trains Author: DKay Beautiful stuff Shane. The well cars are nice ,but that WP power is outstanding.

Chris Date: 07/15/17 17:08 Re: More on the Livin' Large scale trains Author: tomstp No not dead, but suffering some. Not many people have a machinist background now. So if they want a steam engine they have to buy one from a builder and they are not cheap. But then, some diesels now are just about as high.
