Model Railroading > BMRG Modular Layout

Hi all.

Thought I'd share a couple of images of our revised HO Scale Modular Layout.

Based here in Blenheim, New Zealand a group of local modelers worked last year on a 8.6m x 3.4m layout consisting of 12 modules forming a full rectangle.

After a successful Christchurch display last year, we've been back on the layout modifying it to suit a smaller space, whilst enhancing the electronics with block detection and eventually automation.

For now, we are in the final throws of getting the layout complete for this years show on the 7th & 8th of October 2017. The show will take place at the Pioneer Leisure Centre, in Christchurch.
