2017 Christchurch Train Show

Hi all.

A video clip shot with my DJI Spark drone inside the Train Show Hall, showing the BMRG (Blenheim Model Railway Groups) modular layout that was set up at the Pioneer Leisure Centre, Christchurch NZ over the weekend of the 7th & 8th October 2017. Hope you enjoy the clip (audio may be pretty average - sorry).

Also attached, an overall photo taken from up in the air.

Wonderful layout but as an 84 year old train lover I have difficulty telling an HO layout from a N layout. could you please tell me what scale your layout is? Thank you.

That layout doesn't look anything like New Zealand other than the pedestrian crossings on the street scene.

Hi all.

The latyout scale is HO, with all the modules providing a 3.400m (wide) x 5.600m (long). We are running Digitrax DCC with one main power supply, one command station and one booster.

The layout isn't based on anywhere in particular, but is based on North American scenery.
