Model Railroading > Orchard Supply Calendar

If there is anyone who lives near a Orchard Supply Hardware that could get a calendar and send it to me I would appreciate it. I will cover any cost involved. I contacted OSH and was told they no longer mail them out. I have been enjoying them for 20+ years. Contact me via private mail. Thanks

I never saw the Orchard calendars until I managed to get one a couple of years ago. I have to say the pictures are really nice. I had heard they were not making them anymore but I hope that isn't true.

They no longer make them. I just called and asked rather than guessing.

My local store said they would arrive near the end of the month. There was a change several years ago from the artist who had produced them for several years.

Got mine this weekend. Looking at rt now....

They were in the stores for free last week, beautiful 2018 calendar for free. Not sure if any are left, and I have no reason to ask if they can be mailed out.

My OSH store manager said they will never stop printing rail calendars. He told me that the week they come out is one of the busiest weeks of the year. Guys stop-by and get a calendar and then buy something they had forgotten. Or they buy something because they feel guilty for getting a "free" calendar! Many decades ago OSH issued a special run HO boxcar and caboose that replicated the real ones parked behind the mother store in Santa Clara CA, next to the SP Coast Line--they are a must if you are modeling that route. They turn up here on occasion at swap meets.

I just got mine today way out here in the Boonies at their newest store in Whittier, CA
Just walk up to the Customer Service desk at the entrance and they will give you one on request.
I may be weird, but I gave my copy to my wife to wrap for a Christmas gift to me.
No, I have not even cracked open the pages yet.
