I placed an order last friday with steve's depot and I've never heard anything about my order. I tried calling but no one answers. Is steve's depot still in business?

Eastern Massachusetts is enduring a blizzard right now. Last week during the 2nd Northeaster, the area lost power for few days. My niece and her family live not far from there and have about 20" of snow and it is still falling! At least today, the state told people to stay home and avoid driving so the business may not have even been open.
