Understand Division Point has taken over development of the 3 brass models Seabord, RF&P and the Frisco 1500's PSC was going to import. And, someone has bought the castings part of the business and the owner of PSC is retiring.

Just watched Dan's Brass Trains weekly video and they interviewed Mark at PSC to get the latest.

The detail parts division was purchased recently.
The new operators are currently learning the business and are in the process of moving the equipment and library to WA State.

Hopefully this means the brass handrail stanchions will be easier to buy now.

Sad to see them go, I have a few of their passenger cars in On3, and 4 of their MMI locomotives. The narrow gauge crowd has really been taking a kicking lately, with no new manufacturers stepping up to fill the void.

Was hoping Bruce would get them to import some MMI things didn't happen for whatever reason have ten of there ON30 gauge engines all run great. Saw there building while in MT last fall wanted to visit it this year oh well. Where in WA state are they going? Called John at San Juan two weeks ago, says not shutting down just trying to sell still has plenty of stock. He is out right now due to an operation and will be back by the end of the month. Need some RTR trucks. Boyd in Chiloquin OR

They haven't been hard to buy. All you had to do was order and pay for them, and they showed up in the mail. PSC makes a lot of worthwhile parts, and I'm hoping the trend continues.

Yep never had an issue getting parts direct from PSC, they have/had a lot of stuff that works great and you really don't see many using their parts for some reason probably because most don't realize they are even available being you did not see their stuff in hobby shops like the usual suspects DA DW Cannon etc ......

The reason you did not see them in local hobby shops is they required a several hundred dollar minimum from dealers for free shipping. Most dealers could not realistically meet the minimum.

Sharon and Leroy have been good to deal with over the years at PF&S. With their kids taking a more active part in the business I am optimistic about the success of the castings operation.
