I am looking for information on 40 foot boxcars of the Chicago North Western. Car numbers 142100-143698 even numbers only. They were built by GATC September/October of 1946.

I would like the following information:

Were they considered a modified 1937 design?

What was the lot number?

Roof type?

Hand brake?

Running board?

Brake step?

Trucks?

Not the greatest resolution, but here is the page from the C&NW March 1976 Car Diagram Book.

I'm thinking the 10'-6" inside height would make it a "modified AAR" type.
