Model Railroading > North Western Wednesday - A few freight cars

Here are some recent freight car projects from my work bench.

Dennis

(1) CNW 809 - This is a CNWHS Limited Run PS-1 boxcar by Kadee.  I replaced the wheels, added new cut levers made from brass wire and added the weathering.

(2) CNW 1153 - Same as 809.  The other number offered by the CNWHS.

(3) CGW W92065 - This is a Chicgoland RPM 2017 Mini-Kit.  Its an AAR 1937 Standard boxcar body with the ends replaced with cast resin "PS-Zero" ends.  W92065 was the only one of these cars left during my 1976 modeling era.

Some of the most credible weathering jobs I've seen on TO.  I liked how you picked up the door scratches/bumps.  Trucks are right on.  Thank you.
