When we were cleaning the back room at our Model RR club we came across some old pictures from when the club was founded in the 50's. Most of the guys were smoking pipes, they all had neckties on and several of them had on sport coats with the patches on the elbows. At the next meeting we passed them around and decided the dress code at the club had gotten rather slack.

Your photo brought back those memories. Thanks for sharing!!

Back in the '50s, dress codes were redundant and unnecessary.
