Model Railroading > Red Cap LineDate: 01/08/19 10:39 Red Cap Line Author: ATSF3751 Just wondering if anyone has info on this supplier. (They do ho scale passenger car detail parts).
I have emailed them several weeks ago, and so far no response. A call to their phone ends in a "no longer in service" response. Thanks in advance. Date: 01/11/19 09:36 Re: Red Cap Line Author: DMac EMail ignored & phone out of serv. What might you thank?

Except why maintain your website if you are not going to respond? It's like "look at all of our pretty stuff.....then go away" Date: 01/11/19 13:58 Re: Red Cap Line Author: PHall ATSF3751 Wrote:

These days your phone line usually goes through your internet connection. Give them another try and see what happens. A previous employer did that, and I know of a photographer that died over a year ago and his website is still up. He never used ecommerce but just took checks through the mail. I wouldn't send any money, though reportedly a daughter was involved in the business. And I know of a brass dealer that died and his spouse didn't know anything about the business, the website or how to turn it off. Buyer beware.

Prefer their items ove Palace Car Co.
