found my layout panoramas and track diagram
Author: santafedan

I was putting together a presentation of my layout and found my "lost" pans.  I had forgotten where they managed to hide.
1. The town of Sharon Springs.
2. The thunder storm.
3. The area around the chromite mine at Jennifer.

Photos 1 and 2 are the town of Almost.  Almost is "almost to the summit" on the layout.

Wow, the panorama lens really increases the size of your layout!  The backdrops are awesome!  What are the dimensions of your layout?  Have you ever posted your trackplan on Trainorders?  Please don't tell me that your whole layout consists of three 4 x 8s!  LOL!

The room is 35x15 HO scale.  I may have posted it before.  I don't recall.  I will look through my files for it and repost.

Here is the track plan.  Just above the words Burnt Lake is the letter B that shows the track going down to staging and run through.  It comes up behind the engoine house to the lower left of the diagram.  At A.
Staging holds 6 trains up to 35 cars each.  Some switching can be done.  However, my main interest in this layout is trains running through scenery.

That's quite the layout.  What region is that following along the Santa Fe lines?  Southern Colorado to NM?

I have a 15 x 33.5 basement room I am in the process of sheetrocking and finishing but need a walkway along one side for access so the layout will be around 12.5 x 33.5.  Hoping to get started on it late spring/early summer.

Cheers, Jim

SFDans layout looks even better in person, and runs flawlessly.

No specific place.  Just the general area.  This helps the "this is not correct" at bay.
