This is really great news.  Their old location in the dorm basement was just plain terrible.  It was a firetrap and that's just the start of the issues.  What is wonderful is that the administration has stepped up and is putting some serious resources into moving and reopening this railroad. Clark Dunam has done museum layouts which is just what this one needs.

We read about so many cases of lost spaces and lost railroads.  Look at the threads on this list.  They are endless and depressing. What a difference!

The only fly in the ointment I see going forward is the new location is being leased. At least that’s what is stated in the article.
