How often does this happen?  It is WORK to move thise things.  Most thieves do not like WORK.

The people who stole this has to be someone in the know, a pissed off member or past member or a person who has a friend in the same line.

I agree with the above.  Somene in-the- know decided to help themself.  Problem for them is they will have to hide it cause word will spread.  Bet they repaint it and try to run it in a few years.  Hopefully the owner had some unique identifier so the b'tards can get busted down the line.

No two are exactly alike.  If  try to run it somewhere, as,opposed to,selling the metal,for,scrap,
they will be exposed quickly.  There are not a lot of places to run that.

Probably worth more as parts then as scrap.

Someone stole my Fairmount M-14 speeder back in 2001, never found. Try explaining to a dumb cop your not talking about a Ford vehicle!

The two individuals appear be younger than the average person involved in buildlng, purchasing or operating live steam. Note that they also wore clothing to hide their faces, which is typical of twerps invoved in such crimes. They likely have a record.

Looks like one is wearing a spit mask the cops use on unruly perps.

Did they get the mating tender also?  Total RATS they are.  Hope they are caught and severely punished without creating any damage prior!!
