decal search
Author: cabman

I am rebuilding 2 old wood cupola caboose models and would like to do them in Minneapolis & St. Louis.  Does anyone know if decals exist for them?  At one time a nice set #EE-1 was produced for "Louie"  modelers, but I don't know where I could find 2 sets.    Any help, anyone???

M&StL cupola and bay window caboose kits are made by American Model Builders, whose website says recommendations for decals are included in the instructions.

It looks like Tichy M&StL stock car decals might give you the roadname, numbers, and herald:

Great research work CPR_4000.  T O member who posed the question might pursue buying direct from Tichy.  Last time I checked, Walthers had a hefty minimum $ order requirement.

Many thanks for the responses to my search.  Unfortunately, the Tichy decals would be too small for my cabooses and Wabash Custom Decals has gone out of business and the owner has crated his remaining stock wating for a buyer.  I have a few more possible sources, otherwise may have to change road names to what????
