The Palatka Central is a made up name. But the layout is owned by the Palatka Railroad Preservation Society and is housed in the historic Palatka Union Station which is open on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Saturday of the month. You can go to PRPS.NET for more information on the club. The layout in the photos is based on Putman County and the surrounding areas in the 50's and 60's.
